  • DESIGN PROCESS

    Please complete and submit the Brand Application with payment.

    *Production will not begin until form has been submitted.

    Client/Designer Consultation via email/voice call where vision, pricing, completion date, etc. is discussed.

    Once payment has been made in full, designer will begin design.

    First draft of design will be submitted to client to either approve or request revisions. *Up to 2 FREE revisions.

    Once design is approved by client, client will receive finalized files via email.

  • TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)

    Approximate turnaround time is 1-14 business days for designs, and 14-30 business days for web design, branding packages & orders with 4+ designs (excluding weekends/holidays). Turnaround time begins once payment has been made in full and design form as well as all needed material has been submitted.

    *PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS ETA IS APPROXIMATE AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON PROJECT/CLIENT.

    An additional $75 can be added to order as a rush order fee. This fee will guarantee 48-hour draft submission for designs; not including web design or Elite Brand Packages.

    Our Business hours are Monday - Friday | 10:00am - 6:00pm EST. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

    Drafts and communications may still be sent outside of business days/hours; this is not inclusive of turnaround time.

    * Please be advised that revisions (if needed) will delay project completion; additional 3-5 business days per revision.

  • PAYMENT/REFUNDS

    All designs now require 100% of total balance prior to start. We accept payment through the website only. Production will not begin until order is paid in full.

    Buy now, pay later options available online through Afterpay and PayPal.

    Client has up to 24 hours or until production has started to cancel order; after stated time, refunds cannot be issued. *No Exceptions

    If client chooses to hire another designer, initiates design on their own or disputes charges, that does not guarantee a refund and is a violation of terms of service; therefore, giving Elite Designs Co. the right to cancel order with no refund.

  • COMMUNICATION DURING PRODUCTION

    Beyond Brand Application and Consultation/Brand Strategy call, designer will only contact you if there are any questions and when first drafts are ready for submission. Otherwise, agreed upon completion date is set and designer will only contact you via email, text message, or voice call if needed. If contacted, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

    *To prevent delays in production, designer will not respond to personal messages on social media regarding design status.

    Client has up to 5 business days to provide feedback (request changes or approve design) after each draft submission and/or request for more information. If client fails to do so in the time allowed, order will be marked as complete, and designer will send finalized files as is. To resume order, there will be a $50 inconvenience fee added to total amount of order and turnaround time will be reset.

  • WEB DESIGN

    Web design checklist can be found on design form page. Please ensure all required documents are checked prior to order to ensure project can be started in a timely manner. To avoid inconvenience fee, please ensure professional photos from a photoshoot will be taken, edited, and delivered no longer than a week after booking.

    *Please note, turnaround time does not start until all needed documents have been submitted to inquires@elitedesignsc.com.

  • FINALIZED FILES

    Client may receive files in eps, SVG, PNG, Transparent PNG, JPEG and PDF format. Files will be in color, black & white, and on black and white backgrounds via email provided. File formats vary by design. Additional files are available upon request. Vector files (PSD) are available for an additional fee.

    After client has approved design and finalized logo files have been downloaded and submitted, any requested changes will have to be booked as a logo revision or logo revamp.

  • LOGO DRAFTS

    We submit 2-3 logo drafts for client to choose from. These drafts are not to be reposted, copied or manipulated as they are property of EDC.

  • COPYRIGHT

    ALL DESIGNS THAT ARE EDC ARE NOT TO BE MANIPULATED, RESOLD OR COPIED. EDC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER PLACED BY CLIENT WHO VIOLATES THESE TERMS + CONDITIONS.

  • A text-based logo is a logo centered around a company name or initials, while a image-based logo is a logo centered around a symbolic image or icon.

  • A logo by itself is a graphic element that represents the brand. The Brand Identity Suites includes a primary logo, secondary logo, sub-mark, typography (fonts), color palette (hex codes), textures, patterns, elements and branding inspo/mood board. You will have all of the visual elements needed to style your business in a completely cohesive look.

  • Absolutely! Please ensure that your images are high-resolution images (300dpi) so that they are easily manipulated without losing quality.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) for processing. Once items have been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking number and will receive your package within 2-4 business days.

    For local orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive a notification via email/text when order is ready for pickup with curbside pickup location.
